Can I cancel or change my order?
Once You've made for booking order, deposit or any kind of payment, it strictly NO CHANGES and NO CANCELLATIONS of your orders. If you are canceling your order, I'll not return your money back. So, we hope you can read our Terms & Conditions and make a final decision before you place any order.
Can I pay a visit at your store so that, i can view your products and look into the materials?
We are only selling all of the items through online, and most of the items are Pre-order. We don't keep any stocks in hand, unless the stock are ready in hand.
Will i get exactly sizes that shown on your description?
Normally the sizes are assorted. eg. and might be slightly different from the pictures showed.

Please be informed that, the closing time is at 12pm on the closing day.
Eg. Today's date is 26th July and you made a payment after 12pm, we'll put your order into 2nd batch and will be send out on 1st August. Dear customer, Please look at the chart to confirmed your order.
If we are received your payment before 12pm - 26th July, then we will put your order for 1st batch, and your items are ready to be sent after date of close order end. However, if the payment received after 12pm - 31st July , your order will group into 3rd batch, and will be send out on 7th of August.
If there is only last set for sale and I have already banked in the payment, is the item mine?
In the event there is only last item of any items for sale, there will be on a first come first served basis based on the payment time and date.
Can you give me a discount?

We are sorry to inform that we don't have any discount policy because we do not believe in inflating prices only to give a false discount later. To simplify matters, and ensure a quick and pleasant shopping experience, we only set prices at the lowest which we are able to sell them for it, and we hope that you are appreciate our honest and direct way of doing business with you.
