Please Read Terms and Conditions Carefully:
- Please go through FAQ and RETURN POLICY before u read through our next T&C. If you are agreed, we are welcome to u to make the order.
- Order will be made upon complete payment only.
- Payment should be made to our Account and we will attach our Account No. & details when we send to you confirmation order.
- You will only receive the item at least 4-6 WEEKS or maybe a little early or later starting from the the due date of the order. We'll update for the status of items from time to time depending on supplier information.
- Order only if your are WILLING TO WAIT for pre-order item.
- Please check your item code before sending any order. We will not hold responsibility if you give us the wrong code.
- All prices are including with postage charges.
- All sales are finals. No exchanges, refunds, & cancellations are allowed once sold. Goods sold are new and in a good condition. I will not be hold responsible for any loss or damages incurred during posting.
- All items are more or less the same, just that the design, color or maybe the sizes might differ a bit.
* Colors may vary from actual product due to photography and screen settings. - Do email us all the details once you have made a payment together with the code no.

FAQ
What is the difference between READY STOCK and PRE-ORDER items?
READY STOCK - Stock in Hand.
PRE-ORDER - We don't keep any stock in hand. We will gather orders from buyers, and make an order from the suppliers once a week, therefore buyers must always check my closing date and send out date. All these datelines are stated at the right side bar.
How shall i make order for PRE-ORDER items?
- Send us an email with the details of: Code No, Size, Color, Design and Quantity of items that you are interested, Your name and Address (so i can quote on postage as well)
- We will check with suppliers on the availability of the items.
- Once items available, we will send you confirmation order to settle payment.
- Please settle your payment before dateline.
How do i know when is the dateline for PRE-ORDER items?
Please check at the right side bar.
Eg. Today's date is 26th July and you made a payment after 12pm, we'll put your order into 2nd batch and will be send out on 1st August. Dear customer, Please look at the chart to confirmed your order.
- 1st Batch: 20/07/2010 - 26/07/2010
- 2nd Batch: 26/06/2010 - 31/07/2010
- 3rd Batch: 01/08/2010 - 06/08/2010
If we are received your payment before 12pm - 26th July, then we will put your order for 1st batch, and your items are ready to be sent after date of close order end. However, if the payment received after 12pm - 31st July , your order will group into 3rd batch, and will be send out on 7th of August.
Can I ask for a discount on the prices shown?
All our prices are at the lowest and reasonable where we are able to sell them for. Occasional sales do occur from time to time from items that we have in hand, but this is at my discretion and at the time specified. We do not entertain best offers or requests for discounts unless it's specified.
I would like to pay a visit at your store, so that i can view your items and see the materials?
We are only selling all of the items through online, and most of the items are Pre-order. We don't keep any stocks in hand, unless it's ready in our stock.
Can you 'Reserve' the items for me?
We are not able to reserve the PRE-ORDER item for you if you don't make any payment, as this is no guarantee that you will go through with the purchase. If the stock is in hand, we can hold it for you up to 24 hours and you have 3 day to bank in the payment.
Can I pick the goods up from you?
If you do not want us to ship, you may pick up the items from us as well, but the time & place has to be at our discretion and our convenience.
I had made payment but why some of the items is different from what I've ordered?
There are chances which u already made a payment, but the stock not equivalent. This may due to:
• Defect on the stock
• Supplier's fault on over estimated on the stock availability, inaccuracy of color, size or design. etc.
Normally, we will refund to buyer, alternatively buyer willing to exchange other things.
Note: Please read our return policy for exchange or refund.

What is the minimum order for an Agent?
Minimum Of Quantity : 12 pieces.
Min. 1 Code for 3 pieces.

RETURN POLICY
General Returns and Exchange Policy
You may return the items sold and fulfilled by DiraFashionista within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. After 5 days we will refund 50% only. Customer will pay the return and exchange shipping costs if you're returning the items or, we'll pay the return and exchange shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned with the original product packaging.
Any returning items, customer must return by courier or directly to us and strictly no pick up by us.

Receiving a Refund
We'll refund after we receive and process your return. For the items directed to us, expect your refund within 3-5 days of giving your items.
If by courier, this time period includes:
- 5-10 days business days for us to receive your return from the courier
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request
We'll notify you via e-mail or SMS of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
How Refunds are Issued
If u paid by bank account, we will refund to customer's bank account after your returned is processed up to 10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item which are size, color or design and need to exchange it for the same item, call us to request a replacement. We do not accept any exchange item for a different one, we will be refunded your original purchase price if u wish to cancel the items once we receive the item with a good conditions. No refund for return faulty items.
Please take note that it takes us up to 6-8 weeks to process (return to supplier) to exchange items. We'll deliver the items to customer once we receive the exchange items from supplier.
